I ordered from here today, and it was delicious. The oxtail sliders with the Chipotle sauce were so tasty. The oxtail mac and cheese was delicious. The soft, shredded oxtail inside the Mac and cheese did not disappoint. The lobster and shrimp empanada was very filling with no air pockets! I will definitely be ordering from here again.

The Salmon Rice Platter is fresh and tasty. So many options from savory, sweet, and custom options for those who have vegan/vegetarian palates. The dessert & drink options are literally icing on the cake

Came here for lunch with my girlfriend and decided to try a couple different things. I ordered the shrimp n lobster Rasta pasta, crab fries, oxtail plantain boat, catfish sandwich supreme on coco bread and alcoholic beverage with strawberry lemonade and hypnotic n tequila and a watermelon juice. Everything was made to order took about 25 mins but I had no problem with that since it was stated beforehand and food was fresh. My total was about 85 dollars which was great for the amount of food and drinks we got. I ate in my car since I wanted everything hot n crispy. My Rasta pasta had great flavor it was on point had lil spice which I love n had good amount of the proteins. The crab fries had to be our favorite the fries was cooked perfect and the crab and sauce on top went well together. The oxtail plantain boat was good as well just wished there was more oxtail but for the price 10 dollars couldn’t be mad. The catfish sandwich with coco bread coleslaw and cheese was great too I’m not really a fan of coleslaw but this worked so well. My alcoholic strawberry lemonade was really good as well as the watermelon juice which was not overly sweet. Had a great experience and would recommend this place to anyone thinking about trying.

I heard about this restaurant based on a video on Instagram. It’s not that far from my house so I had to give it a shot. I got the Oxtail Plantain boat with Catfish on the side. I also tried the Fried Lasagna. These were absolutely delicious. Knowing that this food is cooked to order so it’s always fresh makes it even better. I truly recommend everyone try this place again. I will definitely be eating here and trying all of the items on the menu.

Omg is all I can say at my first bite. Ripe plantains and oxtail are 2 of my favorite foods,so trying them together in this way had me super excited. The restaurant is located off of the corner. The location is pretty small, with seating for approximately 6 people. Their menu is extensive and full of options for meat eaters like myself and vegans. The customer service was 10/10 also. Upon placing my order, I was told to wait approximately 25-30 minutes, which is posted on the menu, so you won't be surprised. Exactly 25 min later, I received my order, and boy o boy, my tastebuds went crazy. The ripe plantains are perfectly ripe n still firm. The oxtail is super tender n seasoned well and even had butter beans in it. The ripe plantain is stuffed with the oxtail and drizzled with what I believe to be tamarind sauce omg this was the icing on the cake. It was definitely worth the drive and wait. The shrimp plantain boat was delicious also, the shrimp were breaded and fried and also topped off with the sauce. I enjoyed both but the oxtail plantain boat takes the cake. If you're thinking of trying this restaurant out, don't just do it.

Simply Fried totally rocked our taste buds! We ordered the fried whiting, shrimp, and truffle fries combo and the fried lobster tails and truffle fries combo w/ shrimp add on. Both orders were fried to perfection and flavorful. We couldn't resist trying the oxtail egg rolls that everyone has be raving about – and they were soooo good! I didn’t get a photo because I ate it too fast! We also had drinks while we waited for the food and they were icy and refreshing. The chef popped out to greet us, and personally thank us for coming in. It's clear he loves what he does, because the food speaks for itself. The place was clean, which is always a nonnegotiable. And the ambiance is chill— nicely decorated with a fun vintage car theme. Simply Fried is the kind of spot you want to keep coming back to. Can't wait to try more things off the menu.
